Help hotels launch, train teams, improve guest response quality, and drive long-term adoption of HostHelp across India.

Responsibilities

  • • Own onboarding for new hotels from kickoff to go-live
  • • Train hotel owners, managers, and staff on HostHelp workflows
  • • Monitor guest experience, AI concierge quality, and ticket-resolution trends
  • • Turn hotel feedback into product requirements for the core team
  • • Improve retention and expansion across multi-property customers

What we’re looking for

  • • 3+ years in hospitality operations, hotel tech, or SaaS customer success
  • • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • • Comfortable with analytics, training, and operational troubleshooting
  • • Experience working with hotels, resorts, or guest-service teams is preferred
