Help hotels launch, train teams, improve guest response quality, and drive long-term adoption of HostHelp across India.

Responsibilities
- • Own onboarding for new hotels from kickoff to go-live
- • Train hotel owners, managers, and staff on HostHelp workflows
- • Monitor guest experience, AI concierge quality, and ticket-resolution trends
- • Turn hotel feedback into product requirements for the core team
- • Improve retention and expansion across multi-property customers
What we’re looking for
- • 3+ years in hospitality operations, hotel tech, or SaaS customer success
- • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- • Comfortable with analytics, training, and operational troubleshooting
- • Experience working with hotels, resorts, or guest-service teams is preferred
